Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Max is a little bit better than OnePlus 8, getting a global score of 77.5 against 76. The Xiaomi Mi Max design is a little bit thinner than OnePlus 8, although it is heavier and was released many years before. OnePlus 8 counts with a better display than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a little more pixels per inch in the screen, a slightly better 1080 x 2400px resolution and a little bigger display.
Xiaomi Mi Max counts with much more memory capacity for applications and games than OnePlus 8, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Mi Max also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB. The OnePlus 8 has a little faster processor than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 8 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The OnePlus 8 captures much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the OnePlus 8 also has faster video frame rate, a bigger aperture and a way more mega pixels back facing camera. Xiaomi Mi Max counts with just a little bit longer battery duration than OnePlus 8, because it has a 13% bigger battery capacity.
