Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has much more storage to install games and applications than OnePlus 8, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 128 GB.

The OnePlus 8 takes greater photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same video quality, the OnePlus 8 also has a much larger sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photos, a lot more mega pixels camera, better video frame rates and a bigger diafragm aperture.
