Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX has a global score of 76.2, which is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8's 76 global score. Xiaomi Mi MIX is a somewhat heavier cellphone than OnePlus 8, but they are 0.31inches thick. OnePlus 8 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because it has a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution, much more brightness, a little bit larger display and a little more pixels per inch in the screen.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX and OnePlus 8 count with really similar memory capacity to install applications and games, both have equal internal storage capacity. OnePlus 8 features a little bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and 4 more processing cores.
The OnePlus 8 counts with a very superior camera than Xiaomi Mi MIX, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 8 also has a larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photos, faster 60 fps video frame rate, a much better 48 megapixels resolution back camera and a much bigger back camera sensor taking way better quality videos and photographs.

Although Xiaomi Mi MIX is a better device, it costs a lot more than OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as OnePlus 8. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the OnePlus 8, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your money.
