Huawei P40 is much better than the OnePlus 9 Pro, with a general score of 86.4 against 76.6. Both phones in this review include Android operating system, but the Huawei P40 has the previous 10 version while OnePlus 9 Pro has Android 11 version. Despite of the fact that the Huawei P40 is older than the OnePlus 9 Pro, it's design is a little bit thinner and lighter.
Huawei P40's CPU is just as good as OnePlus 9 Pro's CPU, and although the Huawei P40 has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores. The OnePlus 9 Pro features a little more vivid display than Huawei P40, because it has a little bigger display, a just a bit more pixels per inch in the screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 3216.
Huawei P40 and OnePlus 9 Pro feature similar storage capacity to store more games and applications, both have exactly the same internal memory capacity. OnePlus 9 Pro features a bit better camera than Huawei P40, because although it has a back camera with lesser MP resolution and a smaller back camera sensor shooting worse quality videos and photographs, it also counts with a way better 7680x4320 video resolution and a larger aperture for better photography and video in low light situations.
OnePlus 9 Pro features just a little better battery duration than Huawei P40, because it has an 18 percent larger battery size.
Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, Huawei P40 is also a lot cheaper, which makes it an easy decision.
