Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a global score of 85.3, which is better than OnePlus 9 Pro's overall score of 76.6. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 construction is noticeably thinner but much heavier than OnePlus 9 Pro, and both of them were released with only 6 months difference. These phones come with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect.
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 and OnePlus 9 Pro have extremely similar screens, because although the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a bit worse pixels density, it also counts with a little bit higher 1892 x 2688 resolution and a larger display.
