Galaxy Z Fold 2 is much better than the OnePlus 9 Pro, having a 94.6 score against 76.6. Both phones in this review include the same Android 11 OS (operating system). The Galaxy Z Fold 2 construction is thinner but much heavier than OnePlus 9 Pro, and both of them were released with only a couple months difference.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a little bit better performance than OnePlus 9 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a larger amount of RAM. OnePlus 9 Pro features a little bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a little higher 1440 x 3216px resolution.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 has much more storage capacity for apps and games than OnePlus 9 Pro, because it has more internal storage capacity. OnePlus 9 Pro has a very superior camera than Galaxy Z Fold 2, and although they both have the same aperture, the OnePlus 9 Pro also has a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition, a much bigger back camera sensor and a way more MP camera in the back.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 costs a lot more money than the OnePlus 9 Pro, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
