Both phones in this comparison review include the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that. Xperia PRO-I's design is just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier than OnePlus 9 Pro.
Xperia PRO-I counts with a little sharper screen than OnePlus 9 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution and a just a bit more pixels per display inch.
