Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is just a bit better than OnePlus 9 Pro, with an 81.4 score against 76.6. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has 9.0 Pie version while OnePlus 9 Pro has Android 11, so it provides lots of additional features. The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is an older phone than the OnePlus 9 Pro, but it's somewhat thinner and way lighter anyway.
