Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer is much better than the OnePlus 9 Pro, with a score of 91.5 against 76.6. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has a more recent 12 version while OnePlus 9 Pro has Android 11, providing some nice extra features and increased performance. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer features a very superior storage for apps and games than OnePlus 9 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal storage.
The OnePlus 9 Pro has a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer. They have 8 cpu cores and 8 GB of RAM. The OnePlus 9 Pro counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer, because it has a 5 percent bigger battery capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer captures better photographs and videos than OnePlus 9 Pro, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a same size sensor and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer also has a larger aperture and a back facing camera with a way better resolution.
