Comparison review
The OnePlus 9 is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8, having a 76 score against 76. The OnePlus 9 design is newer than the OnePlus 8's, although it is a little bit heavier and just a bit thicker. OnePlus 8's processing unit is very similar to the OnePlus 9 one, both have 8 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores.
The OnePlus 8 counts with a bit more vivid screen than OnePlus 9. They have the same 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, the same screen density and a same size display. The OnePlus 9 features a little bit better camera than OnePlus 8, and although they both have a same resolution back-facing camera and a F1.8 aperture, the OnePlus 9 also has a way better video resolution and a way bigger sensor taking much higher quality videos and photographs.
The OnePlus 8 counts with as much storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as the OnePlus 9 one, both have exactly the same internal memory. The OnePlus 9 counts with a bit longer battery performance than OnePlus 8, because it has a 5% larger battery capacity.
Although OnePlus 9 is a better device, it is way more expensive than OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the OnePlus 8. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy OnePlus 9, otherwise you can save some money and buy the OnePlus 8, resigning a couple features and specifications.
