Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has an overall score of 82.1, which is much better than OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored)'s 72.8 general score. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) has Android 15 version, counting with some additional features and some performance improvements.
Galaxy A8 Star has just a bit better looking display than OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored), although it has a way lower 1080 x 2220 resolution, a little bit lower display density and a little smaller display. Galaxy A8 Star has a much faster processing unit than OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored), although it has 10 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) features a much better camera than Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same aperture, the OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) also has a back camera with a much higher resolution, a lot bigger sensor shooting lot better quality videos and photographs and better video frame rate.
The OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) counts with much more memory for applications and games than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. The OnePlus Open 2 (Rumored) has a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a 5700mAh battery size.
