Although iPhone 8 is noticeably older than the OPPO Find X3 Lite, it's body is somewhat lighter and a little bit thinner. Apple iPhone 8 counts with a little bit better performance than OPPO Find X3 Lite, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and lesser and slower CPU cores, it also counts with a 64 bits processor.
OPPO Find X3 Lite counts with just a bit better looking display than iPhone 8, because it has a better pixels density, a little more screen brightness, a way bigger display and a way higher 1080 x 2400 resolution. IPhone 8 counts with a superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than OPPO Find X3 Lite, because it has 128 GB more internal storage capacity.
OPPO Find X3 Lite features a very superior battery life than iPhone 8, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity. OPPO Find X3 Lite shoots much better photos and videos than Apple iPhone 8, because although it has lower video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the OPPO Find X3 Lite also counts with a way better 64 megapixels resolution camera in the back and a bigger aperture.
IPhone 8 costs a lot more than OPPO Find X3 Lite, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
