OPPO Find X3 Pro takes clearer photos and videos than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light photos, and they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the OPPO Find X3 Pro also counts with a lot bigger camera sensor and a back facing camera with a better resolution.
The OPPO Find X3 Pro counts with a little better battery duration than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
