Xperia 1 III is much better than the OPPO Find X3 Pro, having a overall score of 93.3 against 79.9. The Xperia 1 III is a a little bit thinner and just a little lighter phone than the OPPO Find X3 Pro, even when both were released only 3 months apart. Both of these phones include the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that.
The Xperia 1 III counts with a bit more vivid display than OPPO Find X3 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of screen and a slightly better resolution of 1644 x 3840px. The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a CPU that's very similar to the OPPO Find X3 Pro one, both have 12 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.
Xperia 1 III counts with a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than OPPO Find X3 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Xperia 1 III also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1 TB. OPPO Find X3 Pro captures much better photos and videos than Xperia 1 III, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low light captures and videos and slower video frame rates, and they both have the same video resolution, the OPPO Find X3 Pro also counts with a much higher 50 mega pixels resolution camera and a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing better quality photographs.
The OPPO Find X3 Pro and the Xperia 1 III both have very similar battery durations.
