Comparison review
The LG G3 has a general score of 76.4, which is way better than the Oppo R5's global score of 61.9. The LG G3 design is noticeably thicker but just a little lighter than Oppo R5. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G3 has a more recent 5.0 version while Oppo R5 has Android 4.4.4, so it provides you some additional features.
The LG G3 has a bit sharper screen than Oppo R5, because it has a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution, a greater display density and a bit bigger screen.
