Comparison review
LG Velvet is much better than OPPO Reno, having a global score of 87.1 against 72.8. The LG Velvet construction is newer, just a little lighter and thinner than OPPO Reno. The OPPO Reno and the LG Velvet have very similar displays, because although the LG Velvet has a just a little less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2460 resolution and a little bigger screen.
The LG Velvet counts with a bit better hardware performance than OPPO Reno, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The LG Velvet has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than OPPO Reno, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The LG Velvet has a bit better battery lifetime than OPPO Reno, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity instead of 3765mAh. The OPPO Reno shoots slightly better pictures and videos than LG Velvet, and although they both have a 0.5 inches camera sensor, a back camera with a 48 mega-pixels, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the OPPO Reno also has a bigger aperture to capture better photography and video in poorly lited situations.
