Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M31s is much better than OPPO Reno2, with an 88 score against 73.9. The Samsung Galaxy M31s is a a little bit heavier phone than OPPO Reno2, but they are 0.37inches thick. Both phones in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy M31s has a more recent 11 version and OPPO Reno2 has Android 10, so it offers lots of additional features and performance enhancements.
Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with just a bit better processing power than OPPO Reno2, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Galaxy M31s counts with a screen that is very similar to OPPO Reno2's screen, both have the same pixels density, a screen of the same size and the same exact 1080 x 2400 resolution.
OPPO Reno2 has much more storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 512 GB, the OPPO Reno2 also has 128 GB more internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with a little bit better camera than OPPO Reno2, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for shooting photographs and videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also counts with a lot more megapixels back camera and a larger sensor.
Galaxy M31s counts with a much better battery duration than OPPO Reno2, because it has a 50 percent bigger battery capacity.
