Motorola Moto G8 Power is a heavier and thicker cellphone than OPPO Reno3 Pro. The OPPO Reno3 Pro counts with a more vivid screen than Moto G8 Power, and although they both have a same size display, the OPPO Reno3 Pro also has a just a bit better pixel density and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
The Motorola Moto G8 Power has a better memory for applications and games than OPPO Reno3 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows up to 512 GB.
