Comparison review

The Galaxy A8 Star has a global score of 82.1, which is better than the OPPO Reno3 Pro's global score of 72. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A8 Star has 9.0 Pie version while OPPO Reno3 Pro has Android 10, counting with a couple additional features. The Galaxy A8 Star is an older and a bit heavier phone than OPPO Reno3 Pro, but Samsung could make it a little bit thinner anyway.

The OPPO Reno3 Pro counts with a much better screen than Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a little bit higher number of pixels per inch in the display, a slightly better 1080 x 2400 resolution and a quite bigger display. The Galaxy A8 Star has a greater storage for games and applications than OPPO Reno3 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 400 GB.

Samsung Galaxy A8 Star and OPPO Reno3 Pro both feature extremely similar processors, and although the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The OPPO Reno3 Pro features a way better camera than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low light photos, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the OPPO Reno3 Pro also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photographs and a way more mega pixels back facing camera.

OPPO Reno3 Pro features just a little better battery life than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a 4025mAh battery size instead of 3700mAh.
