Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ3 is much better than OPPO Reno3 Pro, having a 79.6 score against 72. Although it's the best cellphone we compare here, we must note that it is also an older, somewhat thicker and just a little bit heavier cellphone. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia XZ3 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and OPPO Reno3 Pro has Android 10.
The Xperia XZ3 has a bit more powerful CPU than OPPO Reno3 Pro, although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Xperia XZ3 counts with a bit more vivid display than OPPO Reno3 Pro, because although it has much less brightness and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880px and more pixels per screen inch.
OPPO Reno3 Pro counts with a better camera than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the OPPO Reno3 Pro also has a much larger camera sensor providing a much higher image quality, a back camera with a lot higher resolution and a larger aperture to capture better low-light photography and videos.
Sony Xperia XZ3 has a better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than OPPO Reno3 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 512 GB. The OPPO Reno3 Pro has longer battery duration than Sony Xperia XZ3, because it has a 21 percent more battery size.
