The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a score of 79.5, which is better than OSCAL Tiger 12's score of 71.5. Even being the best we compare here, Asus ROG Phone 8 is a a little thicker and heavier cellphone than OSCAL Tiger 12. Both phones in this review include Android OS, but the Asus ROG Phone 8 has a newer 14 version and OSCAL Tiger 12 has Android 13.
OSCAL Tiger 12 features a much better looking display than Asus ROG Phone 8, and although they both have a display with the same size, the OSCAL Tiger 12 also has a just a little higher pixels density, a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels and much more screen brightness. The OSCAL Tiger 12 features a bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
The OSCAL Tiger 12 features a much better hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has just a bit longer battery lifetime than OSCAL Tiger 12, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity against 5000mAh. Asus ROG Phone 8 captures a lot better pictures and videos than OSCAL Tiger 12, although it has a camera with lot less MP resolution.
