Comparison review
The HTC U23 Pro is a bit better than OSCAL Tiger 12, getting a 77.8 score against 71.5. Both phones we are comparing here come with the same Android 13 OS (operating system). The HTC U23 Pro is a a little bit heavier and a little thicker cellphone than OSCAL Tiger 12.
