Huawei Mate 30 is much better than OSCAL Tiger 12, having an 84 score against 71.5. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 30 has the older 10 version while OSCAL Tiger 12 has Android 13 version. The Huawei Mate 30 design has the same thickness than OSCAL Tiger 12, but it's a little bit lighter.
