Microsoft Surface Duo is much better than the OSCAL Tiger 12, having a score of 78.8 against 71.5. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but Microsoft Surface Duo has 10 version while OSCAL Tiger 12 has Android 13 version. Microsoft Surface Duo is a much thinner but a lot heavier cellphone than OSCAL Tiger 12.
Microsoft Surface Duo has just a bit better performance than OSCAL Tiger 12, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. OSCAL Tiger 12 has a much sharper display than Microsoft Surface Duo, although it has a quite worse pixel density, a way worse 1080 x 2460px resolution and a quite smaller screen.
