Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy C5 is slightly better than the OSCAL Tiger 12, having a overall score of 76.4 against 71.5. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy C5 has a more recent 6.0 Marshmallow version while OSCAL Tiger 12 has Android 13.
