The Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite is much better than OSCAL Tiger 12, having a score of 86.2 against 71.5. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite has an older 11 version and OSCAL Tiger 12 has Android 13 version.
