Samsung Galaxy Note3 is slightly better than the OSCAL Tiger 12, getting a 77.7 score against 71.5. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note3 has newer 4.4.2 version and OSCAL Tiger 12 has Android 13 version, providing the user some nice extra features and performance tweaks.
