The Kyocera Hydro Elite is a bit better than Panasonic ELUGA power, getting a 59.6 score against 54.8. These phones use Android OS, but the Kyocera Hydro Elite has the newer 4.1 version and Panasonic ELUGA power has Android 4.0 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features and improved performance. The Kyocera Hydro Elite is a newer and a little bit lighter phone than the Panasonic ELUGA power, although it's also somewhat thicker.
