Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 3 has a general score of 68.7, which is way better than the Panasonic P31's global score of 52.8. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 3 has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while Panasonic P31 has Android 4.2.2, so it gives a couple nice extra features.
The Galaxy Amp Prime 3 counts with just a bit better screen than Panasonic P31, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Galaxy Amp Prime 3 also has a way better resolution of 720 x 1280px and a greater pixels density. The Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 3 captures much better photos and videos than Panasonic P31. Both of them have the same video frame rate, the same video resolution and a same resolution camera.
Galaxy Amp Prime 3 costs a bit more money than the Panasonic P31, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
