Panasonic P31 is a decent quality Android phone, featuring a 5-inches multi touch screen, an exceptional 1300 MHz Quad-Core processing unit, and 2 cameras, an 8 MP back-facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front camera.
This phone ships with a MediaTek MT6582M chip, including an extremely powerful 1300 MHz Quad-Core processor with only 512 MB of RAM memory which is a little bit disappointing for such a powerful cellphone. Graphic intensive games and apps generally eats lots of CPU time, so the Panasonic P31 uses an ARM Mali-400 GPU working at 500 MHz to help the processor with those tasks. This device has a 4 GB internal storage memory, a medium amount that should be enough for the average user having that it also has an SD extension slot to store photos and videos.
This phone is offerred in two different color options, black and white. This phone only has 5.55 inches long, but it is able to fit a a 5 inches display. Being just 0.39" thick,the Panasonic P31 is very slim and practical.

This cellphone features two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back camera and a 0.3 MP front camera. It also captures 1920x1080 Full HD videos at 30 fps. The camera also features auto-focus and flash.
The Panasonic P31 features a medium sized 2000 mAh replaceable battery, which is quite low for a consuming phone like this. Panasonic says this phone has a 510 hs stand by time and a 13 hours talk time.
The Panasonic P31 offers wi-fi connection (but it can't provide it to other devices acting as a mobile hotspot) and fast 3G data connection, over HSPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This phone has dual sim cards so it is able to use 2 different phone numbers and even different carriers at the same time.
This cellphone also comes with some useful features like Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
Panasonic offers this phone for 125 dollars, which is a really high price for this type of cellphone.
