Comparison review
Galaxy S4 is much better than Panasonic P31, with a global score of 76.1 against 52.8. These devices use Android operating system, but the Galaxy S4 has newer 4.4.2 version and Panasonic P31 has Android 4.2.2, providing you a couple nice extra features. Galaxy S4 counts with a little better hardware performance than Panasonic P31, because although it has a slower graphics processor running at 400 MHz, and they both have 4 cores, the Galaxy S4 also counts with more RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a much sharper screen than Panasonic P31, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy S4 also has a lot better resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a much higher display density. The Galaxy S4 features a superior storage to store more games and applications than Panasonic P31, because it has 16 GB internal storage and a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB.
Galaxy S4 features improved battery lifetime than Panasonic P31, because it has a 30% more battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S4 shoots much better videos and photos than Panasonic P31, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy S4 also has a back camera with lot more MP.
Galaxy S4 is a bit more expensive than the Panasonic P31, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
