Galaxy S4 is much better than Panasonic P31, with a global score of 76.1 against 52.8. These devices use Android operating system, but the Galaxy S4 has newer 4.4.2 version and Panasonic P31 has Android 4.2.2, providing you a couple nice extra features. Galaxy S4 counts with a little better hardware performance than Panasonic P31, because although it has a slower graphics processor running at 400 MHz, and they both have 4 cores, the Galaxy S4 also counts with more RAM memory.
