Xperia M is a bit better than Pantech Perception, having a global score of 57 against 52.5. Xperia M's body is a little bit thicker but lighter than the Pantech Perception, and both of them were released with only a couple of months difference. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia M has a more recent 4.3 version and Pantech Perception has Android 4.1.2.
