The TCL SIGNA is slightly better than Pantech Perception, getting a 57.2 score against 52.5. TCL SIGNA's body is a lot newer than Pantech Perception's, but it's somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but TCL SIGNA has the older 10 version and Pantech Perception has Android 4.1.2 version.

Despite of being the best phone in this comparison, the TCL SIGNA is also very cheap compared to the other ones, making it an obvious call.
