ZTE Blade Spark has a general score of 57.4, which is a bit better than the Pantech Perception's 52.5 global score. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the ZTE Blade Spark has a newer 7.1 Nougat version while Pantech Perception has Android 4.1.2 version, providing the user some nice extra features and increased performance.
