HTC Explorer is a bit better than Plum Velocity II, with a 46.4 score against 43. Both of these phones have Android OS, but HTC Explorer has an older 2.3 version and Plum Velocity II has Android 4.0. The HTC Explorer is a a lot lighter but a little thicker cellphone than the Plum Velocity II. Plum Velocity II has a little bit better hardware performance than HTC Explorer, and although they both have the same number of cores and a 512 MB RAM memory, the Plum Velocity II also has an extra graphics processing unit.
The Plum Velocity II has a much better looking display than HTC Explorer, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same 320 x 480 pixels resolution, the Plum Velocity II also counts with a just a bit more pixels per screen inch. Plum Velocity II has a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than HTC Explorer, because it has 432,13 MB more internal storage capacity.
The HTC Explorer's battery life is very similar to Plum Velocity II's battery life, although the HTC Explorer also has a 2 percent greater battery capacity. Plum Velocity II has just a bit better camera than HTC Explorer. Both of them have a same resolution camera in the back.
Even being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, the HTC Explorer is also a bit cheaper.
