Samsung Intercept is a little bit better than the Plum Velocity II, with a global score of 46.8 against 43. Samsung Intercept's construction is thicker but much lighter than the Plum Velocity II. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Intercept has the older 2.2 version while Plum Velocity II has Android 4.0.
