The Sony Xperia XZ1 is better than Razer Phone, getting a overall score of 78.3 against 69.6. Sony Xperia XZ1's design is much lighter and a little thinner than the Razer Phone, although both of them were released only 2 months apart. Razer Phone has just a bit better looking display than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 2560, a little bit more pixels per screen inch and a bit larger display.
The Razer Phone has a little faster processing unit than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Razer Phone also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Xperia XZ1's storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is very similar to the Razer Phone one, they have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity and an external SD slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.
Xperia XZ1 has a little bit better camera than Razer Phone, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for taking pictures and videos in low light environments, and they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Xperia XZ1 also counts with a bigger sensor taking higher quality videos and photos and a camera with lot more mega pixels.
The Razer Phone counts with a very superior battery duration than Xperia XZ1, because it has a 48% greater battery capacity.
Xperia XZ1 costs a little more than Razer Phone, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
