Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M31 has a general score of 86.5, which is much better than realme GT 5G's 74.8 global score. These phones come with the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that. Although it's the best in this review, the Samsung Galaxy M31 is an older, just a bit heavier and a little bit thicker cellphone than realme GT 5G.
Realme GT 5G counts with a bit better CPU than Galaxy M31, and although they both have the same number of cores, the realme GT 5G also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy M31 counts with a slightly better looking display than realme GT 5G, although it has a bit lower pixels density and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, they both have a screen with the same size.
The Galaxy M31 features a greater storage to store more games and applications than realme GT 5G, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Realme GT 5G shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Galaxy M31, and although they both have a 0.59 inches back camera sensor, a camera with a 64 MP resolution, the same (4K) video definition and a F1.8 camera aperture, the realme GT 5G also has higher video frame rates.
The Galaxy M31 has longer battery lifetime than realme GT 5G, because it has a 33% bigger battery size.
