Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 5s is slightly better than the realme X50 5G, with a score of 76.4 against 73. Even though Xiaomi Mi 5s is older than realme X50 5G, it's body is extremely lighter and a little bit thinner. Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi 5s has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while realme X50 5G has Android 10 version, so it gives you lots of additional features and improved performance.
Realme X50 5G features a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a greater number of cores and a larger amount of RAM. Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with a bit more vivid screen than realme X50 5G, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a bit better pixel density.
The realme X50 5G has a superior camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the realme X50 5G also has a larger diafragm aperture for better low-light captures and a back camera with a lot higher 48 mega-pixels resolution.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s's memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is very similar to the realme X50 5G one, both have exactly the same internal memory. Realme X50 5G features better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 31 percent more battery size.
