The Galaxy S6 has a general score of 87.3, which is much better than the Samsung Ativ S's 66.2 global score. The Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0 OS, while Samsung Ativ S comes with Windows Phone 8.1, 8 OS. Galaxy S6's design is way newer and extremely thinner than the Samsung Ativ S's, although it is also just a bit heavier.
Galaxy S6 has an incredibly better display than Samsung Ativ S, because it has a little bit larger display, a lot better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a way greater pixel number per inch in the display.
