The Samsung Captivate has a general score of 57.2, which is slightly better than Samsung Droid Charge's global score of 54.1. Samsung Captivate's design is thinner and somewhat lighter than the Samsung Droid Charge, even when both of them were released only 7 months apart. Both devices we are comparing have the same Android 2.3 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect.

The Samsung Captivate has a little bit better display than Samsung Droid Charge, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 800 x 480px, the Samsung Captivate also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the display. The Samsung Captivate has a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Droid Charge, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 32 GB, the Samsung Captivate also has 16 GB internal storage capacity.
