The BLU R2 Plus has a general score of 59.3, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Epic 4G's 53.9 global score. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the BLU R2 Plus has the newer 7.0 Nougat version and Samsung Epic 4G has Android 2.3. BLU R2 Plus's design is extremely newer and a lot thinner than the Samsung Epic 4G's, but it's just a little bit heavier.
