The Galaxy Premier design is newer, way thinner and just a bit lighter than the Samsung Exhilarate. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Premier has the newer 4.1 version while Samsung Exhilarate has Android 2.3.6, giving a couple additional features and performance enhancements.
