The Galaxy XCover FieldPro is way better than the Samsung Function, with a general score of 80.1 against 62.3. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a newer 8.0 Oreo version and Samsung Function has Android 2.3, providing you some extra features and performance tweaks.
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a better screen than Samsung Function, because it has a larger display, a much higher screen pixel density and a way better 1440 x 2560px resolution. Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a way bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Function, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 512 GB and 64 GB internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a very superior hardware performance than Samsung Function, because it has 3 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a much better battery lifetime than Samsung Function. Galaxy XCover FieldPro captures better photographs and videos than Samsung Function, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has a camera in the back with much more MP.
