Comparison review
The Xperia XZ1 has a global score of 78.3, which is a bit better than Galaxy A01's 71.6 score. Xperia XZ1's design is somewhat thinner than the Galaxy A01, although it is a little bit heavier and was released many years before. Sony Xperia XZ1 has a better screen than Samsung Galaxy A01, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a better screen density.
The Xperia XZ1 has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A01, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia XZ1 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Xperia XZ1 counts with a superior camera than Galaxy A01, because it has a lot more MP back facing camera, a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a larger aperture for better low light photography and videos and a much larger camera sensor taking much better quality photos and videos.
Xperia XZ1 counts with a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy A01, because it has 48 GB more internal memory capacity and a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Galaxy A01 features a bit better battery duration than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has an 11 percent more battery size.
Although Xperia XZ1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy A01, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy A01. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy A01, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
