Xiaomi Mi 5s is slightly better than the Galaxy A03, getting a 76.4 score against 72.4. Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system, and Galaxy A03 works with Android operating system. Xiaomi Mi 5s has a bit faster CPU than Galaxy A03, because although it has 4 less processing cores (but faster), it also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s has a way better display than Galaxy A03, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per display inch and a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px. Xiaomi Mi 5s shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A03, although it has a back-facing camera with way less MP resolution and a tinier aperture which is not nice for taking images and/or video in low light environments.
