LG V30 is a little bit better than Galaxy A11, getting a score of 79.1 against 73.3. LG V30 features a much better camera than Galaxy A11, because it has a way higher video quality, a bigger aperture and a higher resolution back camera. The Galaxy A11 counts with improved battery duration than LG V30, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
Although LG V30 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy A11, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy A11. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy A11, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
