The Samsung Galaxy A11 and the Samsung Galaxy Note9 have quite similar batteries. Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy A11, because although it has a worse resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture and a lot higher (4K) video definition.
The Galaxy Note9 costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy A11, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
