Comparison review
Galaxy A12 is a little bit better than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), with an 80.3 score against 77.4. Even though the Galaxy A12 is notably newer than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), it is a bit thicker and somewhat heavier. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A12 has 10 version and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a way better 1080 x 2280 resolution. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a much greater memory for games and applications than Galaxy A12, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a CPU that is very similar to Samsung Galaxy A12's processing unit, and although the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has more RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Galaxy A12 shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for capturing photographs in low light situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Galaxy A12 also counts with a lot better 48 mega pixels resolution camera.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a battery performance that's very similar to Samsung Galaxy A12's battery life.
