Galaxy A12 is a little bit better than Huawei Mate 20, getting a general score of 80.3 against 79.5. Galaxy A12 is a a lot newer device than Huawei Mate 20, although it is a little heavier and a bit thicker. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Galaxy A12 has the older 10 version while Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Huawei Mate 20 features a better screen than Galaxy A12, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Huawei Mate 20 also has a way better 1080 x 2244 resolution and a greater number of pixels per screen inch. The Galaxy A12 has a much better storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
Huawei Mate 20 has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A12. Both have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core processing unit.
